Six ways to lose a few hours
Every experience is designed, built and run by our own team above the arcade. Pick one, or stack a few into a full evening.
Twelve original escape adventures spanning a 1920s speakeasy heist, a drowned space station and a haunted radio studio. Live actors on Fridays and Saturdays, hint system built into the bar tab.
Untethered, warehouse-scale VR on our second floor. Fight through zombie tunnels beneath the City or co-pilot a smuggler’s ship — you walk, duck and dodge for real across 90 square metres.
Forty-plus restored cabinets from Pac-Man to Daytona, plus four pinball tables and a competition Street Fighter setup. One wristband, no coins, cocktails carried to your machine.
Six private booths with 240Hz monitors and pro peripherals for Valorant, CS2 and League nights. We host bracketed tournaments every second Thursday with a house trophy that never leaves the building.
A hands-on game-design workshop with our build team — sketch, prototype and playtest a micro-game in a single evening. No coding experience needed, and you leave with your creation on a USB.
Take over a floor — or the whole venue — for birthdays, studio wrap parties and away-days. Bespoke quests, a private bar and a games master dedicated to your group for the night.

Do I need to book in advance?
Quest rooms, the VR arena and esports booths should be booked ahead — weekends fill up a week or two out. The Brass Arcade is walk-in whenever we’re open, though on Friday and Saturday nights we do run a short door queue after 9pm.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open Wednesday to Sunday, 5pm until late — usually 1am on weekends and around midnight midweek. We’re closed Monday and Tuesday while the build team resets the rooms and installs new quests.
Is there an age limit?
Guests must be 18 or over after 8pm as we run a licensed bar throughout the venue. We host family-friendly arcade sessions on Sunday afternoons from 3pm where under-18s are welcome with an adult.
How do I get to you?
We’re at 16 Rivington Street in Shoreditch, a five-minute walk from both Old Street and Shoreditch High Street stations. Look for the brass door and the small watermelon-pink sign — there’s no big frontage, that’s rather the point.
Can you host a private party or corporate event?
Absolutely — private hire is one of our favourite things to run. Groups from 20 to 120 can take a floor or the whole venue, with bespoke quests, a private bar and a dedicated games master. Drop us an email and we’ll build a night around you.
Do you cater for accessibility needs?
The arcade, bar and four of our quest rooms are step-free and wheelchair accessible, and our VR arena has seated experiences available. Please tell us your requirements when booking so we can assign the right rooms and brief your games master in advance.
